We really enjoyed our 2009 Impala, but this car has everything we could want. Mike Flynn did a great job facilitating the whole process. We got a very fair trade-in on our '09 and a good price on the new (to us) 2011. This was a Certified Used Car so we got good bumper to bumper warranty coverage in addition to the 100,000 power train warranty. We closed the deal with Dave Lavrich by extending the warranty with a great maintenance program. Dave explained the warrantees, payments, and all the necessary forms very thoroughly and completely.
