I have always been told never buy a Chevrolet and thanks to GM and Tom Clark I now know why. I will never spend another dime with the aweful corporation. More

They are the masters of the "bait and switch." They don't tell you up front what their policies are until after you have committed to a financial obligation. I presented an oil change coupon to They don't tell you up front what their policies are until after you have committed to a financial obligation. I presented an oil change coupon to them good for a free oil change, they accepted the coupon, and proceeded to do the oil change. They never told me before-hand that the coupon had expired and that it would not be accepted. After the work was done, they charged me for the oil change. I was not expecting the charge, and asked them if they could hold the check that I presented to them. They did not hold the check. The are a poorly run organization. More

My husband and I went to this dealership to look at a used car that we saw on the internet. We were very restricted on time and they were very helpful and tried to get us in and out as quickly as possibl used car that we saw on the internet. We were very restricted on time and they were very helpful and tried to get us in and out as quickly as possible. This is one of the best dealerships that we have ever dealt with. The employees that we met were all very friendly. They made our car buying experience quick and painless. We love our new car and plan to deal with Tom Clark Chevrolet in the future! More

I went to tom clark becaus my co-worker said she got a good deal there, well that was the biggest mistake i have ever made. When i asked for the sales person she had they were unavailable so i was ad good deal there, well that was the biggest mistake i have ever made. When i asked for the sales person she had they were unavailable so i was advised to see Bill Cummings "the Diesel" so his business card says. He was very rude and obnoxious the whole time. He Made promises he and the dealer never intended to keep. My car got scratched on the lot he said we will get that taken care of, so i assumed the body shop would fix it "wrong" he got a bottle of touch up paint and filled in the scratches like it was nothing. I was promised floor mats and when i picked my car up they were the cheap junk kind from the dollar store. The manager was not helpful at all it was a total awful experience. The only reason i purchased the vehicle in the end was because the price was very fair. Looking back i would have rather paid more money and received good service the been treated the way i was. Tom clark could not give me a car for free if they wanted too. Me an my family will never return to this dealer for anything ever. More
