Scheduled service appointment for vehicle. Took 3 weeks for work to be completed. Continuously told that service dept was backed up and they would get to it. Finally had to contact Ali Roberston to get resolution (loaner vehicle for last 4 days). Service was very disappointing as we've always had positive experiences in the past. More
