Waited two weeks for my appointment not a problem. Truck went in shop 2 days later than appointment problem. Service advisor called me 1 time a day to let me know they were working on it and my truck Truck went in shop 2 days later than appointment problem. Service advisor called me 1 time a day to let me know they were working on it and my truck would be done the following day. That went on for 4 days and ended up with out my truck all week missed out on a trip up north lost money. When I went to dealer to get answers and spoke with owner I was told it’s not a perfect world. Which I understand that if they were just honest at beginning I would have had time to make other arrangements. Also it was warranted work so a loaner was given in past times but not this time. I have then found out that all of the employees that have taken great care of me in the past have moved on to Alden GMC in fairhaven or retired. I gave the owner a chance to make it right nothing was done. It’s not the same Robertsons GMC I have done business with since 2013 and people need to know that. More

My experience was fantastic! I went in for a recall item to be fixed on a car I recently purchased and was in and out of there in less than 30 minutes!
