I went online to schedule my vehicle for routine and diagnostic maintenance. I quickly got a call from Liz to see if I wanted to bring the vehicle in sooner. Liz and Matt completely surpased my expectations. I was leaving on a ski trip in 2 days time and the check engine light came on. I knew it was a long shot but asked if there was anyway I could brin I was leaving on a ski trip in 2 days time and the check engine light came on. I knew it was a long shot but asked if there was anyway I could bring it in and get it checked out. Liz arranged it for me and I brough it in the same day. The following day they diagnosed the issue and had it fixed. As an added bonus the part was covered under the powertrain warranty. I wasn't expecting they'd be able to squeeze me in but they did. Matt called me the next morning, explained the issue and had me all set to go by the afternoon. The team at Robertsons went above and beyond and will have me as a customer going forward.
