One of the worst experiences me and my wife have ever had with a dealer ship. My wife has a 2021 ford Bronco and the transmission recently went out. Being that we now live in Thibodaux we bought it to Ford R with a dealer ship. My wife has a 2021 ford Bronco and the transmission recently went out. Being that we now live in Thibodaux we bought it to Ford Robichaux to see about getting it fixed. They were quick to tell us it was going to be an absurd twelve grand to have it fixed. Unfortunately her vehicle fell outside the warranty. However, we reached out to Ford corporate and with apparently being a common issue with the bronco the said they would be willing to help cover a portion of the cost. The moment we got Ford corporate involved the service department at Ford Robichaux became unbelievably difficult to work with. For a week straight they told us by the end of each day they would have the information over to ford corporate need for the process. However it was never sent. After a week my wife started to get upset and started politely inquiring more about why the information need was still not sent at which point Ford Robichaux finally came up with a story about how they were going to need to fully disassemble the transmission to determine what the issue was and what the cost was going to be and would have to charge us the labor for that disassembly. This is crazy because they were really quick to tell us within a day of bringing the car there that the transmission was completely shot and would need to be fully replace and that it was going to cost twelve grand. After wife wife called them out on this they got extremely rude to her. I then decided to get involved and when I called and told them who I was and what I was calling about they became extremely rude and told me to come pick up the vehicle if we didn’t like it. So naturally we had a tow truck pick up the vehicle and bring it to a ford dealer ship we have dealt with in the past. They were more than helpful and got the information over to ford within two days WITH OUT HAVING TO DISASSEMBLE THE TRANSMISSION. I can not describe how bad the customer service was dealing with Ford Robichaux. I will be sure to tell everyone that will listen to stay away from Ford Robichaux in Thibodaux Louisiana by any means necessary. More

I bought my 2016 F-350 brand new at Robichaux Ford, about three weeks later I observed a rust spot and moisture on the hood release leaver. I contacted the salesperson I purchased from and was told to bring three weeks later I observed a rust spot and moisture on the hood release leaver. I contacted the salesperson I purchased from and was told to bring it in to check it. When it was taken to Robichaux for test and repairs it was indicated that no leak was detected. This was understandable as there had been heavy day long rains at the time. Time has changed the condition of the leak and I set an appointment for 8/23/2023 as it was found that after i had hosed down the truck to get the accumulation of dust off the truck there was a high rate of water dripping inside the truck. There has been no body work needed nor has there been a windshield changed. At this time there is only slightly over 17,000 miles on it. I drove the truck to Robichaux, explained the problem and how it was that the leak inside the truck was found and where it appeared. After several hours of waiting for the truck, I was informed that the problem was solved in that the down spouts in the rain gutters were clogged and had to be cleaned out. This had to be explained to me as I had never known of downspouts on vehicles before. After paying for charges for work that I thought should have been covered under poor workmanship by the manufacturer, I went to retrieve my truck, when I went to the truck it was still covered with road dust, hood, sides, and roof. I inquired as how was the truck repair tested to verify proper repair with it not having been hosed down to test and check for leaks. I was told that Robichaux was not going to wash my truck for me and the mechanic knew what he was doing and had the leak repaired. I further requested the use of a outside hose and hydrant that I could test for leaks before I left. I was told that there was not one available and the problem was solved. When I arrived at the house the first thing I did was to hose the truck down and sure enough the leak was as self-evident as it had been. I placed towels and a blanket on the floor of the truck to absorb as much as possible. I now set with a statement of repair for $163.28 for the repair of what wasn't broke and what was broke is still broke and not attended to. We have had about 5 to 7 weeks without rain at our residence which helped keep the problem concealed but last night of 8/28/2023 there was a heavy downpour. I have yet to open the truck to see how much damage has been done. I am considering using duct tape around the windshield, you know some of that bright orange duct tape. If I have to live with the problem, then I want others to be aware of the manufacturing faults as well. I will now sign off as I feel the oncoming need for another blood pressure pill. More

I’ve been going to Robichaux Ford forever and I will never go anywhere else to purchase or service a vehicle.
