2018 Subaru Forester I was in the market for a new small SUV and ultimately settled on the 2018 Forester, a 2.5i Premium. The dealership told me they could get the color a I was in the market for a new small SUV and ultimately settled on the 2018 Forester, a 2.5i Premium. The dealership told me they could get the color and option package I wanted from another dealership. There were a couple of delays in getting the vehicle in and I ended up with my third color choice, so my dealership rating reflects some frustration with that. As for my sales associate, Julio Molina, I could not have been happier. He was available by cell phone on his day off when the dealership shared the delay and color change. He was thorough in giving me options up front and explaining the vehicle function to me at delivery. He even was willing to watch our new puppy so my wife could take a test drive with me. I recommend asking for him if you visit this dealership. More

excellent buying experience I was leary of changing from my usual dealership but have been very pleased with the new car buying experience at Clements Subaru. The salesman, Bria I was leary of changing from my usual dealership but have been very pleased with the new car buying experience at Clements Subaru. The salesman, Brian Ramirez, was very patient with my questions and my satisfaction of the vehicle I purchased was a priority. The company follows through to make sure that you are pleased with your vehicle. After a few weeks of driving, they set up an appointment with you to go over features again, if you have questions. Robert Anthis was excellent at explaining the technical features and how to use them. If I forget, I can always call him. My Subaru does so much more than I realized. I would recommend Clements to anyone. Thanks for the great experience. More

Found the used car I was looking for. Kevin Barnett was the salesman that matched me up with a used car that fit my budget and had all of the extra's I was looking for. Great car reviewing experience with Julio! I entered the parking lot looking for a Forester on a drizzling day and Julio came out to greet me. I've never driven a Subaru of any kind and Julio I entered the parking lot looking for a Forester on a drizzling day and Julio came out to greet me. I've never driven a Subaru of any kind and Julio asked me a few questions to determine my needs versus just letting me tell him what I thought I wanted. That helped greatly because Julio directed me to the right car the first time. I looked at the car that I drooled over when I entered the parking lot but but figured it was priced to high. Julio offered to have us check it out to see. I loved it. I haven't purchased yet, but will be back and Julio has my business when I'm ready. If you are unsure about Subarus or don't like dealership experience, stop and ask for Julio! More
