Julio and his trainee , Michael were extremely helpful in pointing out the benefits of both cars. We took the evening to resolve our decision and the following evening met with Luis Velez to finalize our purchase a Subaru Crosstrek. Because of our schedule and since we live a bit from Rochester, we didn't get to the dealer until 6:30, and were never rushed as the purchase process continued.Luis was very helpful in explaining and directing us through the purchase. We also met with Robert to set up a follow up meeting since we have the Eyesight piece. It was a pleasure to work with Luis!
