When I purchased my Subaru Impreza from Clements with Julio, it was his first solo car sales. It seems from then he has grown his experience significantly! He's well versed in the features of the vehicle, easy to talk to regarding concerns, and pretty good at following up on questions. Jesse was my finance guy to complete the transactions and explained the details of the loan thoroughly. Unlike most finance folks I've dealt with, he was not pushy about extended warranties or extra tack-on services that add significantly to the out-the-door price. Jesse, along with Julio, helped tremendously to resolve an issue with my plates even in the post-sale period. Not the fault of Clements, but you should probably avoid BMO Harris as your lender if they offer it to you. While the interest was lower than others, I would have paid more had I know their nickle and dime policies (fee for online payment, fee for phone payment, fee for in-branch payment, fee to open a checking account, etc).
