The best car buying experience I have ever had. I walked in to talk about a couple of cars I had been looking at on-line. Beth is a Gem. Mom needed a new car. It had been 21 years of driving a minivan and it was time for a change. Beth Henkel was our "random salesperson" and we could no Mom needed a new car. It took us 2 months to buy a new car (who wants to shop in the freezing cold) and each time we arrived she was ready and prepared for us. She knew each car's features. We looked at several cars on the Clements lot and Beth suggested we look at the Subaru. Later when we shopped around and had selected a Subaru car she kept us aware of the process of securing the exact model that Mom wanted. (White car, black leather interior 2.5i ) The pickup process was simple and we were introduced to the Service department. Then Beth explained more about the car after the paperwork was signed. She "fast tracked" Mom so the advanced technology was understood. And she made herself available in the future if further questions came up. I hope to see Beth around town. Beth is a diamond. More
