From the minute that we parked our car we had someone ask if we could be helped. we told him that we were looking for Todd and the gentleman took us right to him. I had been e-mailing todd for about a week on the prices of a chevy malibu. he was very informative in his e-mails and it was finally nice to meet him. he remembered me when i told him what we were there for and in no time he had a couple of cars for us to test drive. we decided on one to buy and when we were waiting he offered us something to drink and asked if we needed anything. he is a great salesman and the rest of the staff there was very friendly and helpful. we had went to another dealership that was local to us and never got that attention form them and we even had an appointment! we were very inpressed with the dealership and with Todd. we have told others where we went and that Todd is the one to talk to. One thing I forgot to mention in the survey I submitted 6-2-11: Although I am highly satisfied with my purchase and the dealership where the sale was made, I do have one suggestion. I had a vehicle factory ordered on a Friday night I believe, and they said it would take 6-8 weeks for delivery (and really only took 5 weeks, which is terrific). On the following Wednesday after the order I went back into the dealership to see if they could add a sunroof ($900) to my order. They were very polite but said that the order can in no way be changed that late; that I could have changed it up to the day before, that Tuesday, but not afterwords. But they suggested I could always have one installed after the fact for about $1100 if I wanted with the same warranty (my understanding was that factory installed ones were better though). When I purchased the vehicle, I had no intentions of changing a thing, but of course I changed my mind. It just would have been nice for them to clearly state at the point of sale that changes could be made up until date "X" but not after. Thank you! Kristine More
I have dealt with Trevor on a number of occasions, and he has always been extremely helpful. If Trevor doesn't know the answer to a question, he immediately finds someone who does know. I was test driving vehicles all day....wasn't really sure what I wanted, and had no intent to buy yet. He let me take my time, no pressure and was very helpful to show me around and explain all there was to know about the different vehicles.(as I drove several) I found everyone I came in contact with to be very friendly. I did purchase a 2005 Envoy Denali. Just love it! There were some things that popped up after purchase and these guy's have fixed it all!I've never felt so taken care of, these guy's are the best!Joel over in the service dept. has been very nice too. Very professional group to work with. I will highly recommend Clements to all I know and will be back in the future for my next purchase. I also liked the selection of used vehicles they had and for a good price. More
Corey was personable and helpful, easy to work with. The gas cap wouldn't open when I was considering the car, and the service dept fixed it, but the next day, 90 miles away and needing gas, it happened aga gas cap wouldn't open when I was considering the car, and the service dept fixed it, but the next day, 90 miles away and needing gas, it happened again. I called the dealership and spoke with the service manager. He made a suggestion over the phone, and then called me back about 15 minutes after having gathered more information. I bought a new 2011 Subaru Outback 2.5i from Clements and had a great customer-centered experience. A few weeks before the purchase, I visited Clements and test drove an outback. The salesperson was friendly, low-pressure, answered all of our questions clearly and completely, and told us what we needed to know about Subaru, the Outback, and the Clements dealership. When I inquired by email about two weekly later, I was promptly provided a fair price quite. Then, when I stopped in for another test drive, and decided to buy the car, the same prompt, friendly, and high quality customer service was provided. The test drive was during noon hour. Then, I applied for a loan online, and the card and paperwork were ready for me at 5 pm. It only took about another hour before I was driving my new car. Good job, Clements! Thanks for making car-buying low pressure, friendly, and efficient. More
