I have a 2006 Jeep Liberty. I went to this dealer because of my son Michael. I have found them to be extremely friendly and always helpful. I also feel that they only do what is required while giving a complete checkup. I always feel I got a fair price and was never overcharged. In this day of trying to find "honest" mechanics, dealing with Andres is a pleasure. Because of my satisfaction, I bought out my lease through Rockland. I will not let anyone else deal with my car. I will always go back to Rockland. More

Had my Jeep Grand Cherokee serviced per safety recall J14. The seat heater modification was completed at no cost to me. Invoice number CHCS40710. I checked the work completed and discovered that the J14. The seat heater modification was completed at no cost to me. Invoice number CHCS40710. I checked the work completed and discovered that the seat heater switches Hi/Low did not light. I brought this to the service advisors attention and he gave me a estimate to repair for $204. To my recollection the switch indication worked prior to the service modification. The service invoice CHCS40710 makes no reference that the seat heater switch indicators did not work prior to service. The service advisor M. Celentano did not offer to make the repair. The switches are directly related to the recall repair. More
