Horrible service! ! They put down customers to try to make a sale, they will ignore every question you have about a vehicle. They are not knowledgeable about their own ! I'm a full-time nursing student, full-time behavioral health technician, and first-time car buyer, so when my car broke down a few weeks ago, I felt extremely overwhelmed with purchasing a new car. I had been to dozens of other dealerships recently, but Rocky Mountain Eurosport Parker was the best choice by far. Right off the bat, Leon connected with my friend and I, helping me feel welcomed and cared for. Any salesman can laugh and joke with customers, but he empathized with me, made me feel human and seen, and helped me more than I think he knew today. Not to mention, the financial specialist, Sana, was so kind and explained everything to me so well. I walked out today feeling confident when I was extremely overwhelmed walking in.
