For me, shopping for a used car is inherently stressful given the multitude of factors you're having to consider. I was also looking for something specific that narrowed my pool of options. Like most people, I don't have room to make large financial mistakes. The dealership that I went to prior to RM Eurosports was disappointing; they lied to my face and were not remotely flexible. Throughout this tedious process, it's important to be an informed consumer. I felt that Leon was interested in doing business with me as a person, not just to get a car off the lot. He and Max took the time to answer all of my questions, which I appreciated, and helped me to feel more confident about the purchase. Sana was also very friendly and helpful through the paperwork process! More
