No one should be treated this way! I don't even know where to begin, aside from saying don't buy ANYTHING from here. Can you give negative stars? Ed is the worst. I was sucked in because he had the car I had been searching for, but what a slime ball. We purchased an Audi Q7 in May, traveling from Montana and driving it back as a "fun" weekend. Boy were we wrong. We were told the car was issue free and had even been "serviced" in preparation for the trip back. Fast forward 30 minutes into our journey home, the engine light came on. Little farther, the coolant message flashed, and then lucky us, the tire light also came on (from which we discovered NONE of the tires were inflated to spec -- I was such a fool to trust a single word Ed said). After nervously nursing our car home, we had the engine code checked out by our local Audi dealership. They determined it had warped cylinder heads that needed replacing, in addition to multiple sensors. (Yes, this was luckily covered by the TDI extended warranty). We got a clean bill of health in regards to those codes, but now we're having coolant/overheating issues. We've replaced the thermostat and are back to the drawing board (as that hasn't seemed to resolve the issue). Now almost two months after the purchase, I've driven the car, maybe a week. The WORST part of all of this, was that when the first engine light came on, I called Ed. I told him about it and he reassured me we could make it to Montana... it was probably the fuel cap, and he'd make it right, for anything we needed worked on. I talked to him after the drive and he said to let him know what the dealership determined. He'd "make it right". I followed up with him a few weeks ago, to let him know about the cylinder heads and that we were disappointed his team didn't do a better pre-check, and he took ZERO ownership. Said "that's why we offer extended warranties" By the way, this dealership apparently doesn't own any sort of diagnostic machine. Must be nice for them! It only means they don't take any ownership for what they "don't know" I cannot think of a single person I trust less or want to purchase a "Warranty" from. What a joke! There's always risk involved in purchasing a used car, but nobody deserves to be treated the way he has treated my family. More

Never buying a car again without Leon V! So it all started with my dad. He was looking for a car, and ended up finding a gorgeous Maserati here that was too good to pass up. He said the process from start to finish was so great and suggested that I get in touch with Leon since I was car hunting at the time. Before I was introduced to Leon, I was doing all of my car shopping online which was a repetitive and frustrating experience. After looking at countless cars at countless dealerships and not finding one that stood out, I decided to take my dad's advice, and I emailed Leon at RME. I told him the exact car I was looking for, as well as my budget and continued to do more shopping myself just in case nothing turned up with Leon. The next day, Leon emailed me back and was professional and kind and said that he would search for the car that I wanted. Over the next couple weeks, he had emailed me with some options that he thought I'd be interested in and I really appreciated that he was never pushy about it. He simply sent some along to see if I liked them and if I didn't, we moved on and the search continued. Shortly after, he contacted me with the exact car that I wanted (Infiniti Q50 Hybrid)! Make, model, year, color, low mileage, everything! He had sent me the Car Fax and answered other questions I had on the car and everything checked out, so I went ahead and put down a deposit (which was refundable if we didn't end up getting the car). The car was up for auction so there was no guarantee that we would get it, but he kept true to his word and stayed below my budget and said he would try his best to get the car. Just as I had hoped, he won the car! He had the vehicle shipped to his dealership and kept in touch with me every single day to let me know how things were moving along. The car was inspected and serviced for an oil change, as well as touched up, de-dinged, and cleaned. He also filled up the tank with gas. Even all of the paperwork I had to read through and sign was a cake-walk thanks to Leon. I honestly couldn't believe how EASY this entire process was and I gotta give him all the credit for his professionalism, knowledge, fast timing, and genuine care to make things quick & painless for me. I literally felt like I didn't have to worry about a single thing which is rare when you're about to buy a car. Lastly, I needed the car to be in CA but since it was more expensive to have it shipped out from CO, I decided to fly to CO to pick up the car and just drive it to CA. Leon offered to reimburse me for my flight to CO as well as my Uber ride to his dealership. It's clear that Leon goes above and beyond for his customers. My husband was so impressed by Leon's work that he said he will go to him when it's time for him to buy a new car. I can confidently say that I do not want to buy another car for the rest of my life unless I have Leon as part of the process. When I met him in person to pick up my car, he gave me a big hug, big congrats, and took the time to look through the car with me and to answer any questions before I drove away with it. Just as I expected, the car looked good as new and was in great condition. If you are in the area and have time, go by their showroom. They have some gorgeous cars inside that are for sale. And if they don't have the car that you want, ask for Leon and I guarantee he will find what you are looking for! More

I don't think they even inspect their cars when they come in, so make sure you take it somewhere for inspection before you purchase. Such a disappointment. More

Buying a car that is 10 years old or more can be a very nervewracking experience, you never truly know what you are in for - but Leon was very amiable and willing to do whatever it took to secure my comfort with the transaction. I also had conversation with the owner as he brought in a brand new Lamborghini Lp580 huracan; He treated me with the utmost respect and we had great talks about our passion for various German and Italian cars. Their mechanic was also top class, not only taking his time to answer any questions I had about their vehicle - but also helped solve a riddle with a previous vehicle I had purchased from a different dealership. I -will- be coming here for a 911 gt2 upgrade eventually, and will recommend it to my family/friends with total confidence! More
