seemless, profesional, personal I have not purchased and "new Vehicle" in more then 10 years,... last time I could remember the vehicle process took way to long ( From another dealer I have not purchased and "new Vehicle" in more then 10 years,... last time I could remember the vehicle process took way to long ( From another dealer) for writing up the sale. this was one of the hesitations of buying a new car. The date was set Aug. 31st was going to be the date I purchased a new 2015 F150 truck, when I walked into the showroom floor I was pleased to see how clean the dealership was considering it was Monday morning at 9am, I did get recognized right away from a consultant but in no way felt over bearing, they left me alone while I looked around at there inventory of F150 trucks. After about 20 min in the yard I new what I wanted, I came back in and introduce myself to Jeff Walter the sales consultant for Rod Backer Ford. Jeff brought me over to his desk and we started talking about the F-150 and why I choosed this vehicle from the competitors. I simply said its the Best looking, best performance, option friendly truck on the market. I told Jeff what I was willing to pay for this vehicle compared to other Ford dealers that where advertising on the internet, he said xxxx present the information to the General Manager, after sitting for a mear 10 min Jeff came back and said "DONE"... I was taken off guard and figured that this would be a back and forth negotiation, I told Jeff to write it up! From the time I walked in around 9am to the time I walked out with paperwork in hand took less then 1 hour and 15 min. I was going to pick up the vehicle later in the afternoon to surprise my family. Jeff Walter Had the F-150 all washed and fuelled up. I knew what I wanted and did my homework on how the vehicle operated so the hand off was going to be quick and easy. Jeff made sure that all my questions where answered and surprised me with some knowledge of his own that I did not know. The pick up transition was 20min tops. I would certainly be buying any new Ford vehicle from Rod Backer in the future! Thank You Jeff Walter for making this experience so pleasurable and seamless! More
