Very quick, knowledgable, and competent service department. I started going to Rod Hatfield after the service center closer to me gave me the run around on a warranty issue. They strung me along department. I started going to Rod Hatfield after the service center closer to me gave me the run around on a warranty issue. They strung me along for 4-5 months.
