I was disappointed with the service, due to the fact they should have told me what the problem was and not let me sit for 2 hours with no communication at all. I had my 75 year old mother in law with me at t should have told me what the problem was and not let me sit for 2 hours with no communication at all. I had my 75 year old mother in law with me at the time and it was hard on her to sit that long.. I have never had this issue before and I know thing last come up but communication is to key to good service.. More
