I brought both of my Dodge Journeys in for oil changes one on 7/14 and the other on 7/15. I was using a coupon on the first one for two full synthetic oil changes for $130.00 and had a previous coupon of one on 7/14 and the other on 7/15. I was using a coupon on the first one for two full synthetic oil changes for $130.00 and had a previous coupon of file for the second Journey for the same deal. When paying for the second Journey the total was more than the first oil change the day before, and I questioned why as both had the same deal of 2 FULL SYNTHETIC oil changes. Upon reviewing the work order, the service clerk informed me that I did not get SYNTHETIC oil change it was the recommended 5W20 and additionally I have not received SYNTHETIC oil in the Journey the day before. He did not like that I questioned the charge and arrogantly informed me that he would not put synthetic oil in any of vehicle of his. I was pi**ed, and asked what the point of the coupon and whey they didn't advise me of this before taking my service order??? He asked me where I wanted the price to be and I just said same as yesterday's; when I should have said it needed to be free since neither of my automobiles received the service I requested. I had chosen to use the local dealer for service as they are closer for me than to travel to Freedom Dodge in Lexington for routine service, but I will not be back to Hatfield's. Freedom will get my business purchase and service, from now on. More
