I don’t think they’re capable of caring about any of their customers. The guys in service are pleasant but leadership is terrible. Unlike other dealerships, they will only honor the lifetime warranty i their customers. The guys in service are pleasant but leadership is terrible. Unlike other dealerships, they will only honor the lifetime warranty if you take the vehicle to this specific dealership even though they own many others. There is a Rod Hatfield 10 miles from my house but we have to drive an hour away for an oil change. Do yourself a favor and buy someplace else. More

Would have given 10 stars if available. Easiest, smoothest purchase we ever had. Mike Sunnenberg (sales) was principal contact, prior, during and after sale, thank you, thank you! Comple Easiest, smoothest purchase we ever had. Mike Sunnenberg (sales) was principal contact, prior, during and after sale, thank you, thank you! Complete gem to work with. Professional, courteous, knowledgeable, personable. Took time to introduce us to Parts Gentleman, Service Manger, Dealership Manager, tour of area and purchased vehicle overview with opportunity for operation questions. Introduced us to Mike Young (finance) also very friendly, clear and never in hurry, provided overview of what to expect, what documents were for, where to sign, always asked if any questions, Covered other purchase options which we took advantage of paint and fabric protection as truck will always be outside. Also opted for extended warranty for us, obvious reasons. Even had opportunity to exchange dining suggestions in Lexington! I still do not have my truck yet , was called an told it was ready for pickup, but on arrival , started truck and engine light still on , its still at the dealership , something about the DEF was removed a was ready for pickup, but on arrival , started truck and engine light still on , its still at the dealership , something about the DEF was removed an exhaust modified , but this was done before I purchased as it was sold to me with these modifications which I did not know until after the purchase a month or so later , if there is an issue then maybe you need to replace the truck with an identical truck as I need it back More
