A 2. 5 hour process turned into almost 5 hours. A vehicle that has been brought in at least 3 times for a problem since we bought it 18 months ago, you tr 5 hour process turned into almost 5 hours. Turned out this didn’t fix the problem. Not a problem anymore. Went to another dealership and traded it on for a new one. More

Purchased a 2018 dodge durango from the used lot side. Had it less than a month and there are sounds coming from the engine, stored fault codes for the ecm, speakers, Radio, and both power seats.
