Jean called told us it was, so we made an appointment for the next day. When we walked in we were greeted by Diane Carter who directed us to our sales representative Jim Laferriere. Everyone at the dealership made us feel like family. Jim got the vehicle, and we took a ride. He answered any and all questions we had. We purchased the car and couldn't be happier. We settled the finances with Jeff in the credit dept. On delivery day Jim spent at least an hour with us going over the car even programming our phones into the car. All we can say is thank you Jim and everyone at Rodman Ford for making our car buying experience hassle free. When it's time " we'll be back". More

Service with a smile. We decided to replace our 2009 Ford Edge with a 2018 Ford Edge. We emailed Rodman Ford to inquire about a 2018 model we saw advertised only be. We were introduced to Jim Laferriere who was kind, knowledgeable, patient and a good listener. He made the purchase of our new Ford Edge seamless. We were introduced to Mr. Goldberg who ran the business part of the deal. Jeff was in charge of financing. Every detail of the purchase was explained to the us. We were never pressured. Issues with Ford The brand new 2008 Ford Focus that I owned was a great car. When it came time to buy a new car in 2014, I went straight for a 2014 Ford Focus. Howe The brand new 2008 Ford Focus that I owned was a great car. When it came time to buy a new car in 2014, I went straight for a 2014 Ford Focus. However, I quickly encountered issues with my vehicle. In late August 2017, I dropped off my 2014 Ford Focus because the transmission was shuddering. They replaced the clutch and the issue was resolved, but I had a lot of questions at the time. Why was I even worrying about the clutch in an automatic car, would this issue resurface? The service rep said unfortunately, I would, but not worry because the warranty was extended out. At that time, I should have asked for the warranty in hand, but I did not. Not even a year later, my clutch needs to be replaced again and Ford has only agreed to cover part of the expense, for an issue that will quickly resurface once again. Every step of the way, I've encountered nothing but dishonesty and delay and absolutely no accountability. I'm extremely disappointed with my experience with Ford. I've spoken to representative after representative with absolutely no ability to offer valuable assistance, but who is simply in place to deflect and delay a proper resolution to this issue. My husband and I have a toddler at home and a new baby on the way and are looking forward to purchasing a larger vehicle. Ford is now completely off the table for us. Myself, my husband, my parents, and two sisters were all proud Ford owners. Both of my sisters have recently purchased Honda's. Everyone we know is going to hear about our horrible experience. More
