I've encountered several salesman among different dealerships throughout the years and Scott is by far the most helpful, most pleasant, most straight I've encountered several salesman among different dealerships throughout the years and Scott is by far the most helpful, most pleasant, most straight up I've ever met. I always have the same feeling walking into a dealership..."here we go again" I say to myself as I walk in the front door. My daughter was getting anxious being a 3 year old and he showed her that they had a playroom full of toys for her to enjoy while we did all the paperwork. I couldn’t be any more satisfied with the service he provided us. I was in on a Saturday and drove my new truck away two days later on Monday. Service maintenance dept. Very disappointed with my service maintenance on my car. Had a standard oil change and a 10,000 mile tire rotation today, but for the past 3 tire rot Very disappointed with my service maintenance on my car. Had a standard oil change and a 10,000 mile tire rotation today, but for the past 3 tire rotations I have had a problem with my tires not on correctly and had to go back to have it fixed. Today was the final straw! I almost lost my rear drivers side tire because they didn't put the spacers on correctly and the lug nuts were not tighten on correctly again which made my tire wobbly to the point I had to drive with my flashers on with a speed of 45 miles an hour before getting home. My husband had to take ALL 4 tires off and correct the spacer on the rear tire which had 2 spacers on it so that meant one of the other tires was missing a spacer. Never again will I trust the service dept to rotate my tires. Sincerely Carol D. More
