Service maintenance dept. Very disappointed with my service maintenance on my car. Had a standard oil change and a 10,000 mile tire rotation today, but for the past 3 tire rot Very disappointed with my service maintenance on my car. Had a standard oil change and a 10,000 mile tire rotation today, but for the past 3 tire rotations I have had a problem with my tires not on correctly and had to go back to have it fixed. Today was the final straw! I almost lost my rear drivers side tire because they didn't put the spacers on correctly and the lug nuts were not tighten on correctly again which made my tire wobbly to the point I had to drive with my flashers on with a speed of 45 miles an hour before getting home. My husband had to take ALL 4 tires off and correct the spacer on the rear tire which had 2 spacers on it so that meant one of the other tires was missing a spacer. Never again will I trust the service dept to rotate my tires. Sincerely Carol D. More

Easiest/Best Car Buying Experience I received a call from Rodman Ford asking if I wanted to trade in my Ford Fusion. I really was not looking to trade my car in, but I went by and took I received a call from Rodman Ford asking if I wanted to trade in my Ford Fusion. I really was not looking to trade my car in, but I went by and took a look anyway. Being newly retired and knowing my wife would soon be in the market for a new car, I decided I really did not need my car and traded it for a brand new Ford Escape in white gold. This was by far the easiest and most enjoyable car buying experience I've ever had. Craig went through several different vehicles with me and was more than attentive. Before picking up the car, the car was washed and filled up. My wife met me at Rodman - she drove her new car home and I drove her car, but prior to leaving, Craig came out and programmed her phone into the new car and went through the features for her. Not even a week later, I went back with my wife's old car (previously purchased at Rodmans) and traded it in for a leased 2015 Ford Fiesta with 38,000 miles, again, with Craig as my salesman. Any other matters that needed to be taken care of with another department, Craig arranged - I just showed up. This is the way car buying should be! More

They play the key game and lie! I considered purshasing a used car from them, and I told them my budget right off the bat. They said they could make it work. They then avoided returning my car keys until they showed me about four more offers until I got defensive! They are deceptive and practice poor customer service! Avoid this dealership. More

He made the experience fun and completely stress-free. He was very informative about every aspect of the vehicle I was interested in. He sat with me and helped me work through which options were best for me and would fit my budget. After coming to an agreement he even gave me an amazing and educational tour of the building from the sales department, to a tour of the service department and even showing a great area I could bring my computer to get some work done if I was in getting service done! The sales manager Bill was so friendly and thankful for my business, I've never felt better about a purchase before in my life! Even after the sales agreement; the guys in finance Mark and Jordan worked so hard to get my deal completed by the credit union I had chosen. Even with a few hiccups they kept me informed of what was going on every step of the way and made sure everything was taken care of. This is one of the best dealerships around and I would highly recommend it to anyone that's looking for a new or used vehicle; it's a family owned company that welcomes you right from the beginning. You won't find a better vehicle, a better deal, or better service. More

Sales experience I was interested in buying a truck. I started with the internet group and made an appointment. When I arrived, the salesman had no idea why I was th I was interested in buying a truck. I started with the internet group and made an appointment. When I arrived, the salesman had no idea why I was there even though I provided him with the sales contact I had spoken to earlier. Then the salesman asked me to drive him to the truck. Then, the truck was boxed in and had to drive him back again. Then, we finally dug it out (it should have been waiting for me on my appointment). We took a test drive. I told him I wanted the truck but he insisted I wait another half hour so the sales manager could "work the numbers". I said I have the numbers from the internet and I would buy it for that. But, he backed down saying that those are special offers and I didn't qualify. What a disaster. I asked him to call me the next day when he had the numbers. No call. Snake oil sales team would be a compliment. If you were just honest from the beginning, we could have done a deal. Instead, you have earned a negative reputation with me. Sorry for this review, but maybe you can learn from it. More

Waste of time Stopped by on a Thursday night to look at a pre owned car. They were asking $13,987 for the vehicle. Friday, i texted my salesman after calling him 2 times on his office phone and then a couple times on his cell phone, he finally gets back to me. I told him that i would buy the car and could give a deposit over the phone since i am at work till 6 and they closed at 6, Salesman told me he would get back to me that night and never did. Sat Morning, My salesman had texted him to call him. I had called my salesman and he informed me that they could not honor that price that we came up with, and that they had over a half dozen inquiries on that car. Since they had injuries on the car, they kept beating me around the bush, That afternoon i told him, do we have a deal or not, I'm ready to to buy, ready to put down a deposit, etc. My salesman informed me that his Sales Manager has raised the price on the car because of the many inquires it had received. From $13,987, they raised the price to $14,787 and told me that if i wanted the car, that they couldn't honor the 13,599 and that if i want it i have the pay full internet prices. DO NOT COME TO THIS DEALERSHIP BOUGHT A BETTER PREOWNED CAR FROM FRANKLIN FORD. NOTHIN BUT SLEEZEBALLS WHO WANTS TO MAKE A FEW EXTRA BUCKS OFF PEOPLE. More
