I asked to see Catlin since she was my in laws salesperson. After about 40 min we had a deal. Everything went smoothly, even though I had my two children with me - while I talked to Catlin the kids were entertained by the sales team guys, they each scored a Rodman football (now they ask to go there every time we drive by). My car was ready for pickup the next morning. I couldn't be happier with the customer service, very attentive team. We highly recommend and will certainly do business with them again. More

Rodman Ford Rocks! Had to get a car in a fix and the white glove treatment that I received from the moment I stepped on the lot until I left was seamless, easy, and pain Had to get a car in a fix and the white glove treatment that I received from the moment I stepped on the lot until I left was seamless, easy, and painless. They even called the following day to see how the car was and to just check in. Diane was my Sales lead and was upfront on pricing, cost of ownership and maintenance. We walked the lot for about 45 min looking at cars and she was very knowledgable about every single car; its miles, year and amenities. Sheryl was my finance lead and I have never met a more put together person and her togetherness on the process of all of the daunting paperwork. She went over everything and even explained the benefits of the warranties both current and extended and really eased any fears I had. I explained I needed to be in a certain price point and we were only off by 4 dollars and 12 cents. The car was then detailed as I finished signing all of the paper work, taxes, tags and registration were also all handled in minutes. I had a pseudo exit review with one of the executives about my overall experience. All done in less than 3 hours. I am indebted to the staff and team members at Rodman. My allegiance will only to buy from this dealership going forward. More

I knew what I wanted and what I would/could agree to, but I had no intention of buying a car that night. But Dimitri and Vinny (sales manager) agreed to just about everything I had on my list; and suddenly I found myself driving out with my Mustang Convertible. After some crazy misunderstandings regarding billing, etc I almost brought my car back. Dimitri got on it immediately. Once we figured out where the disconnect was, Dimitri and Vinny worked with me and once again; and we came to a fair resolution. I've worked for a large Lincoln/Mercury dealership; and my husband also works for a large Ford dealership (unfortunately my car wasn't in their inventory). So Rodman it is. Dimitri was professional and knew his product well. He followed through on the mix up, and was straight up with me. I will absolutely recommend Dimitri. His follow up was key.
