I've heard a share of horror stories regarding dealership buying experiences. However, from the very beginning of the process I was treated great by the entire staff and never once felt as though I was getting played. Demetri did a great job to figure out what I wanted and what was reasonable for my price range. Although we were not able to make a deal that day, I told him to call me immediately if they could find a Fusion in the color that I wanted. I was contacted about a week later when Demetri found out that Bill had a black Fusion coming in and I was able to make a deal and drive home in my new car the night I went in to see it. Overall, my experience was phenomenal and I am glad that this is the dealership that I will be dealing with for years to come. More
