The sales person Caitlin Kennedy-Correa was professional and did not pressure me in any way during the price negotiations for my trade-in and the agreed upon price of vehicle I purchased. Caitlin also had extensive knowledge about the car that I was looking to buy and answered all my questions. Most AMAZING experience I have ever had at a car dealership! I found the car I was interested in online and I must add at an unbelievable price! After doing my HW expected something not to be right and went for I found the car I was interested in online and I must add at an unbelievable price! After doing my HW expected something not to be right and went for curiosity, not thinking I would buy that evening. Ended up exceeding my expectations, buying the vehicle that night and feeling like I made new friends! It's a 45 min. ride for me and I fully intend to continue servicing my vehicle with them because of their "lifetime" power train warranty and because I feel I can trust them to accommodate the needs of the car! My sales man David was beyond nice and Bill met my wants to close the deal! Paul and Jeffifer found my financing with an acceptable rate, so the entire purchasing needs were meet right at Rodman! I highly recommend this dealership and do NOT hesitate if you have to drive a distance to get there it will be well worth your time!!! More

Rodman Ford was great but the Ford Motor Company Stunk Rodman was awesome to me with the purchase of my 2015 Escape. I couldn't ask for more but boy does Ford motor company stink. Ford made me wait almos Rodman was awesome to me with the purchase of my 2015 Escape. I couldn't ask for more but boy does Ford motor company stink. Ford made me wait almost 1 month for the delivery of my vehicle!! By the time the vehicle arrived, I had broken my leg and couldn't even drive my new vehicle. They could of pulled it on the end of a rope and had the vehicle here sooner. I can't tell you how wonderful Vinnie and David were. Couldn't do enough for me. They kept me calm and offered me the world. I had almost cancelled my sale because the Ford motor Company kept me hanging so long. Well, I have just received my new vehicle, finally, and I'm as happy as a clam but just wish I could drive it. David was wonderful and he delivered my vehicle to me. Thank God because I can't drive yet. The Ford Motor Company should put their tails between their legs in shame for the long wait and be xxxx happy they had Rodman Ford to keep this deal together. Rodman Ford and David Moniz are the best! More

I also have to give a BIG thank you to Paul Andrade and Vincent Celeste they ALL went out of there way to get Me the right car and payments that I felt very comfortable with. Then I made an appointment with the help of Dave with Phil Hunt to get an automatic starter put in. Another no pressure experience. What a great team!
