I went to Rodman Ford with my son for a truck. The salesman was Jim. We were extremely surprised and happy how easy this process was! Jim was honest, helpful and not a high pressure salesman. I put a deposit on a used car there, but after a few conversations about terms, I decided it wouldn't work for me. I asked the salesman for my deposit back. He texted me saying he would do refund, but c conversations about terms, I decided it wouldn't work for me. I asked the salesman for my deposit back. He texted me saying he would do refund, but called me the next day to try and make the deal. They wouldn't lower the price, he just thought he could badger me into signing. I texted him 2 more times, he didn't answer me. After 2 weeks, I called the general manager, and asked him for a refund. He called back 10 minutes later, to tell me they were doing refund. This place has good reviews, but they have seen the last of me. More
