She also went the extra mile by reaching out to Mazda to ensure any applicable warranties or extended warranty coverage were applied to the required work, which we greatly appreciated. Impressively, she somehow managed to secure us a brand-new loaner vehicle the very next day so we didn't have to rent a car while ours was being repaired. Since I drive extensively for work, this was truly such a blessing and made a stressful situation so much easier.
