It was impossible to reach a person at this locations service department. Finally just scheduled an appointment through the IVR. Was just trying to drop the vehicle off as it was known it wouldn't be a q service department. Finally just scheduled an appointment through the IVR. Was just trying to drop the vehicle off as it was known it wouldn't be a quick repair. The diagnostic inspection was so thorough and shared through video email. Was very impressed. However that was the last communication for 2-3 days until I called for status and was advised additional emails were being sent that I never received. Picking up the vehicle everyone is so busy you get no greeting or instruction where to go to get assistance. More
