Decided to purchase a vehicle that's under $10k and we found one that's in this store. We understood that the vehicle is about 13 years old and has over 150k miles. As soon as we were done with the test d found one that's in this store. We understood that the vehicle is about 13 years old and has over 150k miles. As soon as we were done with the test drive we went in to purchase the vehicle. As soon as the numbers were presented to us by the sales manager, I saw that there's a warranty/vehicle service contract in the presentation of the numbers. I asked if the warranty was required by the bank and the manager said, yes. The bank requires the warranty if we were to finance the vehicle. I asked if we can get in writing. He said he can't get it in writing. We assumed since this is a respectable dealership, we thought they won't LIE about it. As we were waiting for our other vehicle to get out of service, I felt uncomfortable about the financing and decided to call the financing company. I gave them my information and the account number. I asked them if they required a warranty or vehicle service contract when I financed through them, the financing company stated that they don't require warranties when financing through them. I went back to the finance manager and I told them that I didn't want the vehicle anymore since they lied to our faces. They took off the warranty and gave us a new contract. Same day, 3 hours later, salesperson called us and asked us to go back because they gave us a wrong key to our car. We were eating 10 minutes away, but if we were home, we wouldn't have been able to come into the dealership since we lived an hour away. Got a new contract on Saturday with a lower rate, but docusign didn't work through them. We had to go back on Monday to resign the contract. What could have been a 2-3 hour great experience turned into a lot of back and forth missed communications in a span of 3 days, being lied to (dealerships already have a bad rap, why make it worse?), and just leaving a bad taste in our mouth with this dealership. 0/10, would not recommend, especially if you have excellent credit and have the ability to finance almost anything. More

It was pretty easy getting my 2014 Mazda6 in for. 50,000 mile check up. It took at least 4 hours for changing inside car filter, the brake pads on rear tires , oil change. Service desk guy was good at explaining time frame Etc. The women who checked us was about to head out . Even though we told her we could go to another service desk, she checked us out. Next time I’ll make an earlier appointment. They gave me an offer on my car, but they don’t have any small hybrid cars which is what I want to buy. My Mazda6 has been a really good car. More
