Have had less than stellar experiences in the past, but decided to give them one more shot. Luckily Jose was my service tech and renewed my faith in Roger beasley. He noticed I had paid for a package of oil changes and one had expired before I could use it. My car is six years old, so it had been expired for a while. Made my day when Jose said he didn't feel that was right and honored that prepaid service without me asking. That's service above and beyond. I will request Jose on my next visit because he's the best! More
I go to this dealership for maintenance of my Mazda, and every time the experience is great — i like the videos they send, the suggestions on further service, and not being pushy about it. An awful experience. I bought a used 2012 Toyota Camry from Roger Beasley Mazda Central because I believed I was dealing with a reputable dealership. After putting 3,00 I bought a used 2012 Toyota Camry from Roger Beasley Mazda Central because I believed I was dealing with a reputable dealership. After putting 3,000 miles on the car I took it to my independent mechanic for a full inspection. The list of issues they found was overwhelming and expensive enough to make me question whether this vehicle was properly inspected at all before being sold. What frustrates me most is that many of these problems appear to be long-standing maintenance and safety issues — not things that suddenly happened overnight after 3,000 miles of normal driving. Either these problems were known and never disclosed, or the vehicle was never properly checked before being put on the lot. When customers buy from a dealership instead of a random Craigslist seller, they are paying extra for trust, transparency, and peace of mind. That is exactly what I feel I did NOT receive here. I understand used cars can have issues. I’m not expecting perfection from a 2012 vehicle. But I do expect honesty and a reasonable level of responsibility from a dealership presenting itself as reputable. Beasley’s own site emphasizes trust, transparency, and customer care in reviews and marketing language, which is why this experience feels especially disappointing.
