Great job doing my vehicle 1st review, got a video with all the items inspected. They alos fixed some rubber joint and claimed the manufacturer warranty. My recent service at Roger Beasley Mazda Central was outstanding from start to finish. I was particularly impressed with my service advisor Katie who went above and beyond by fitting me into the service outstanding from start to finish. I was particularly impressed with my service advisor Katie who went above and beyond by fitting me into the service schedule on very short notice. She was incredibly helpful, taking the time to walk me through all the available promotions and discounts, which allowed me to get the best possible price for my service. The work on my car was completed faster than I expected. During the wait, I found the lounge to be a perfect spot to get some work done, thanks to its comfortable seating and quiet atmosphere. I checked out with service manager Richard. He explained my service and upcoming future needs for regular maintenance. I left feeling fully informed and confident about the check-up of my car, understanding both the service that was completed today and the maintenance needed down the road. This was an all-around great experience, and I highly recommend them. I will keep going back to my favorite dealership for service! More
*My advice to customers at the bottom I own a 2023 Mazda3 (currently 27k miles on it) and got the Beasley Maintenance package. I am happy with my Mazda3 and somewhat with the Maintenance package. They have a friendly staff in that department, but the first tire rotation left my vehicle with a mild vibration driving off the lot (I returned to get it fixed). The first major milestone maintenance; I got in my car and the battery barely would start my car (they replaced after I reported it) and a rattle I asked them to fix in the infotainment center, a minor issue, but their fix did not take. Overall I'd still give them 3.5-4 stars for the Maintenance department as the customer service is good Where the 2 stars comes in is trying to browse and working with the folks on the front end (appraisal and sales). I'd recommend asking chatgpt "List the possible unethical behaviors of car dealerships", print it out, and ask yourself how many before you stop dealing with a dealership, and start checking off the list. Happy with my Mazda3, I had not pressure of myself to get a car, but wouldn't mind an upgrade if it was a good enough deal. I found out in the process that the Beasley Maintenance package that is unused for my Mazda3, just disappears. Something I paid for, I just lose. Next was my ceramic window tint I'd have to get on the new car, they offered to do it, but only if I 'bought it today'. Chatgpt checkbox checked. The daily texts that added a bit more pressure each day with raising escalation/expectation the purchase. I quickly became a bag of money and not a person from their messaging. Each thing I brought up that I would have to pay for extra that I had previously was answered with, "I won't let that get in the way of getting you into a car", which after enough stacks of that, the buyers remorse (even before the purchase) was getting high. Eventually I called this out, to which I was 'escalated' to the sells team. I asked the new person what was my previous concerns were to see if I was handed off properly and the sales person just stopped talking to me. Throughout the experience I tried to set clear expectations as well as call out unethical behaviors (eg 'buy now or else'). Most of these call outs were responded with smoke and mirrors to get me back onto the car and the deal at hand. My advice to the customers: Mazda vehicles are great. Roger Beasley sales sees you as their slush fund money and their final receipt will show it. My advice to the dealership: If we are texting, put the full conversation into chatgpt, ask it to consolidate it into simple bullet points and timeline, read it before each engagement, and handoff the list to anyone you hand people off too. Enjoy the free advice that will make your customers feel like people again. More

Roger Beasley in the past was a good place to buy ( I bought (3) cars from them and get a discounted/fair deal (NO MORE) !!! Steer clear!! better deals elsewhere.
