Every employee I've met there has shown they are team players and support each other. My service "go-to-guy" Nathan Mendiola has always found a solution for any issue I might have w/a noise or light or code going on and I appreciate that his technicians send me a video while they are working on my car so I can actually see what's worked on and make an informed decision on what to have done then and what to wait for another day.

There is nothing to discuss. The fact that we were never told of damages to our vehicle due to hail was incomprehensible and insulting. We only traded our 2024 CX90 simply because of the zero percent interest on the 2026 PHEV models only. Because all of the PHEV at the dealership were also dented or the seating configuration were available we have to return the 2026 PHEV for a gas model and jump into an interest rate sale. Not honoring the zero percent was also deceptive. So we got a vehicle but we were simply lied. Noting else to say about that.
