4/30/14 Purchase date of vehicle, miles 108,537 8/27/14 Complaint about tire size. 8/28/14 We replaced with 4 new tires, miles 118,179 8/29/14 customer called and said she had gone to auto zone to have the codes checked. They came up with 2 codes and one was a tranny code. She called us and told us and we gave her the number to a transmission shop. According to customer she had a friend install a new output speed shaft sensor. Customer states still getting codes. 9/5/14 We advised to take to transmission shop for repair. Tranny shop was busy, but said that based on the codes pulled it was more than likely the output shaft speed sensor. Customer tells us she had a friend replace the sensor with an after-market one. Transmission shop stated that should use only OEM part. 9/16/2014 we had vehicle taken via flatbed from our dealership to the tranny shop, they would have to keep the vehicle for a few days to run full diagnose and repair. Customer stated she could not leave vehicle and she picked it up. We feel that we made the effort to have the vehicle repaired properly, in order to repair the issue it had to be left at the repair facility.
