Sales person was awesome, Billy Weaver. Financing has been a nightmare. They used a higher sales price than was agreed to and the loan is for the incorrect amount. This also made the payment higher. They seemed polite but None of the service people that I interacted with were wearing facemasks to protect each other or their customers. A hubcap must have fallen off after I drove away and is missing, perhaps not put back on correctly after inspecting the brake. The shop appeared clean. Hopefully the recalled air bag was replaced correctly but the warning light is still on. They wanted another $62-$125 just to diagnose the reason the warning light was on. I initially said OK but my husband said no, and I’m not going back until Covid is in decline here or Toyota starts requiring employees to wear facemasks when interacting with customers. Now you’re insisting I rate Amanda and I didn’t interact with a woman - so don’t blame her! More
