Waited 1 hr and 45 minutes for an oil change. I set up an appointment for 1:00. Brought the car in 10 mins early. Asked how long it would take and was told 45-50 mins. 1 and a half hour later I wa I set up an appointment for 1:00. Brought the car in 10 mins early. Asked how long it would take and was told 45-50 mins. 1 and a half hour later I was still waiting. No we are sorry for the delay. No reason why it took an extra hour. I finally got it back after an hour and forty mins. All they said was the keys are in it. I will never be able to recommend a dealership that cares nothing about there customers time. A dealership that doesn’t even care enough about their customers to thank them for their business. More
Overall Sales staff was good. Just a little in experience was seen due to new staff. Experience with finance was below average due to requesting Honda financ Sales staff was good. Bad brake service Had car in for vibration when braking. Was told rotors needed turned ($340.00). 8k miles later again vibration when braking. Was told rotors needed replaced due to too thin to turn and just front pads need replaced ($630.00). Ask why it needed this just 8k from being repaired and she said they should have replaced pads on first repair. So why should I have to pay total ($746.00) when my f150 cost approx. $400.00 to replace all 4 rotors and all pads? Dealer is only one that touches this car and have completed every required service. Really $125.00 for 4 spark plugs! I should be credited for first brake job not just labor on second? More
