I had some very unfortunate and unexpected mechanical issues with a 2007 Toyot We have had an excellent experience with Rolling Hills Toyota Service. I had some very unfortunate and unexpected mechanical issues with a 2007 Toyota 4Runner and Justin REALLY worked with us to get everything repaired, fixed, and treat us like we were humans. Not once did we feel pushed or bullied to make expensive repairs, and not once did we feel we were being sold repairs that we did not need, and every time EVERYTHING was explained to us. I had called several other dealerships since it was being towed a long ways and chose Rolling Hills because I felt like they would work with us. Some of the other dealerships sounded ok over the phone, but not great, not personable, so we are very grateful for our experience with Rolling Hills. We were not just a phone # to call with an update and a bill to pay. What stands out most is that we knew Justin was HONEST with us every step of the way and we knew that he also had our best interests at heart in helping us work through the issues we had encountered with our vehicle.
