I took my car into Rolling Hills for an oil change. The service shop staff were all very friendly and helpful to me! I talked the most to Kevin Selvidge, and he was very polite and helpful. I apologize for the long overdue review. My experience with Rolling Hills was great. Derrick was great to deal with and never pressured me to buy anything. I did all the decision making. Rolling Hills happened to have the exact vehicle I wanted but was more than I intended to spend. But with the help of the finance department and Derrick, they got my payments as I requested. Derrick helped me clean out the trade in and got me in my vehicle of choice in a very timely manner. Had a little issue with getting the correct title (not Rolling Hills error) but was resolved in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Rollings Hills and Derrick to anyone who is in search for a good used car. I had been to several other dealerships in Kansas City and St. Joseph but found the experience at Rolling Hills the least stressful and most enjoyable. All the people I encountered at Rolling Hills treated me with respect and only wanted me to be happy with my purchase. Even got a call from Derrick on my birthday - nice. This is a dealership that does not put much, if any, value in customer service. I would not recommend buying from this dealership. I bought a car from them and there was a lot of misinformation and mi value in customer service. I would not recommend buying from this dealership. I bought a car from them and there was a lot of misinformation and miscommunication during the negotiation process, which led to me having to make a 1.5 hour drive again one week later to resign new papers with the verbally agreed upon price for the car. When I went to pick up the car, the interior of the car was dusty with dirt and fingerprints all over the dashboard but at that point, I just wanted to leave and hopefully not have to deal with Rolling Hills Honda any further. Unfortunately, that was not the case. I had to contact them three times about getting the paperwork so I could register and pay taxes on the car (I bought the car out-of-state) and have yet to receive the paperwork and the temporary permit expires in two DMV business days. Kyle Eck stated they held the paperwork due to their trouble getting a lien release on the car I traded-in but Rolling Hills Honda was given the title for the trade-in and should not have put the burden of the lien release on the customer. Kyle Eck and Jacquelyne Walter never once apologized for any of the hassle and were extremely curt about the entire situation. Jacque Walter was supposed to be the salesperson I dealt with but she defers to Kyle Eck in all matters and the only contact I've had with her since buying my car is an automated email regarding a survey from Honda. This has been a horrible experience and getting the car for a little bit cheaper was not worth it, in my opinion. More
