Servicing my car this time was a pleasant experience! Josh greeted me in a friendly and personable manner. He discussed the service I needed for my car and answered all of my questions. The service was completed in a reasonable amount of time while I waited in the comfortable customer waiting area. Josh went over the vehicle inspection results thoroughly and answered my questions. It was a great Honda experience! This has not been the case in past visits.
We came to Rolling Hills when we wanted to replace our Honda Pilot with a CRV in August of 2015. We knew we wanted the Touring model and were told that the dealership couldn't get them. We ended up buying our car, after using TrueCar.com, at Jay Wolfe in KC However, we wanted to service it in St. Joseph. When we went to have our car serviced at Rolling Hills the first time it was 8 months old. We were told we needed a new cabin filter. I asked to see the old one and was told that he didn't know if he could locate it. I told him that I was surprised it needed replacement, because I had had my Pilot for 7 years before it needed a new cabin filter. (I have since learned that the cabin filters on a CRV do require more frequent replacement because of their location.) He eventually found the cabin filter. It did not appear to be in bad condition, but I had it replaced at that time. I continued to have the car serviced at Rolling Hills, but I lacked confidence in the service I received.
This trip restored my confidence in the dealership. It was a pleasant, positive experience, thanks to Josh and the other gentleman at the service desk that day!
