Coming to this dealership was one of the worst decisions I ever made. I came to the dealership in July 2012 for a Toyota highlander that was advertised. I made an appointment and then was told when I got there that it was sold. I ended up with an 04 Murano. It is now November and less than 4 months later I have replaced front struts, realized the lock fo the tailgate is too rusted for the rear interior lights to come on. I was sold an aftermarket warranty that covers nothing and charged an hour and a half labor to diagnose a rusted tailgate lock. 170.02 down the drain and the only thing repaired was a blown fuse for my charging port. I am never going back and I will be back in a Toyota real soon! More
They overcharge for services they don't perform or parts they don't put on, while they make you wait with other irrate customers. They pointed out to me that the parts hadn't been put on my car, that I was charged for at kingston nissan. I went back to complain,and Anthony was obnoxious. I waited 45 minutes while they put the part in. The mechanic brought me to show me the part had been put in, and I told him it doesn't look like the part in the picture I took the day before(which was rusty and corroded). If you bring your car here for service, make sure you have it checked to see if they really performed the service or replaced the part. This place is the biggest scam and gives nissan a horrible name!!!!!!!!!! More
Took the wifes' V-6 2007 Altima in for 45 month service. Car had 24305 miles on it. Since today is a holiday (MLK Jr.), I asked David if they were busy & got a yes to that. I know most of sales force & said Hi to a bunch of them. They are always happy to talk to me if not with a customer. Very busy day at Kgn Nissan, so didn't get to talk to any. Walked outside & wandered around looking at new cars & trucks & when I got back inside, car was done. Very rapid turnaround today... So I completed paperwork with Cassandra ( a real nice young lady) & got the car & left. As usual, a very nice experience. More
I have been Dealing with Marc Sasso and Kingston Nissan (formally Johnson) for nine years and have always been happy with the professional and friendly service. Marc was very helpful as soon as I showed up, Got my truck right in to be serviced and arranged a ride home. Zach drove me to my house and was very nice and I enjoyed the conversation which made the ride go quickly. Marc called when my truck was ready and arranged for me to be picked up by a tech who was also friendly( unfortunately,I did not get his name) when I arrived my paper work was waiting for me and Cassandra was professional and friendly as she processed my billing, while fielding endless phone calls. I will continue to deal with Kingston Nissan and recommend them to anyone. More
