Could not have had a better experience I leased a Toyota Tundra and just turned it in. Even though I was under the lease miles by nearly 6,000 miles, the truck had a couple of nasty dings I leased a Toyota Tundra and just turned it in. Even though I was under the lease miles by nearly 6,000 miles, the truck had a couple of nasty dings and a damaged rear bumper. The dealership decided to buy my vehicle instead of turning it over to Toyota Financial. Not only did this save me the expense of the repairs which probably would have run $2,000+, but ended up getting an additional $1000 for the truck. Since I sold my camper and did not need a towing vehicle, I decided to lease a RAV4. Toyota was offering a $1500 incentive, so with the money from the sale of the truck, I ended up with a $2500 discount. Salesman Mike Abodeely made the process simple and understandable. He was the one who thought the dealership may want to buy the truck. The transaction was excellent from start to fininsh. My thanks and appreciation to the staff at Glens Falls Toyota. I have also had dealings with the service department. Like the sales department they provide excellent service and quality work. More
No hassle and no gamesmanship like the Albany dealerships Was able to walk in, get a reasonable offer for my trade in and was able to go through a rational negotiation for the van I purchased. I went to four other dealers, most in Albany where I work, and they played the low ball game, or the "I need to go and talk to my manager" theatrics. Everyone should appreciate the smaller dealerships like Glens Falls Toyota before they are all swallowed up by the big chains like the LIA group, Fuccillo, and Della group. FYI the LIA dealership in Albany, was more like visiting a bad circus. More

disappointing service experice, resolved I brought my 2009 Camry in on July 10 because a heat shield fell off and I wanted it checked to make sure there was nothing else about to fall off. I have been going to Glens Falls Toyota since 2002, with two different Camrys, both of which I bought there. The past two times I have been to the service department, I have noticed that the customer service in the service department has gone from exceptional to poor. There has been a lot of turn over lately with service advisors. The service advisor , I have dealt with the past 2 times, Heather Wommack, has a condescending attitude and not very friendly. When I left the dealer, I noticed my car was running rough, and I went back in and mentioned it. Heather had an attitude when I came back in, but the service manager Jim, intervened and told me I needed to drive 5 miles for the computer to relearn everything. I wanted it noted that Jim is still great at what he does and with customer service. But Heather is not the greatest and I pick up on her attitude toward customers because I work in customer service. Glens Falls Toyota used to have the best customer service before the expansion a few years back. At this point I am seriously considered trying New Country Toyota in Saratoga because I really don't want to deal with Heather's poor customer service again. After posting this review, I received a private message from the owner of Glens Falls Toyota and then a follow up call from Jim, the service manager. I was impressed on how quickly they responded and handled the situation with the employee involved. Jim, convinced me that he handled the situation with Heather and I am now willing to bring my car back for it's next service. More
