I had done my homework and knew about what I should get for the trade in and about what I should pay for the new car. I visited dealers, I talked to dealers online and on the telephone and got the usual nonsense. I contacted Glens Falls Toyota online and got a call back from Tina North. No fooling around! Over the phone she gave me a very good deal. When we met in person there were a few reasonable adjustments to the value of the trade in. She also pointed out that with dogs in the car I would regret having leather seats and was able to show me a similar car with fabric seats and an even better price. This is the first time I've ever purchased a car where the salesperson offered really useful advice and went directly to their best price--no games. Dealing with Ben Fuller on the financial side of the transaction was similarly easy. Everyone I worked with at Glens Falls Toyota was professional and pleasant. I highly recommend Glens Falls Toyota.
