Gabrielle was polite, very informative, and when we narrowed down what we wanted, she immediately found four acceptable models in the area and let us take the information away with no hassles. The one we picked was delivered (by her) as we asked and is great. She spent an hour with us going over the numerous controls, bells and whistles. A fine experience all around. More
