Maybe it was close to the end of the month (better time for buyers) or maybe we were the only serious customers talking to the sales staff on a Saturday, but we got a great deal. Our salesperson - Jared was easy to work with and he was lucky enough to show us a car that my wife loved. There was no hard sell and when they met our offer we said yes. The pickup was easy and fast. We love Toyota vehicles and will most likely purchase one in the future. We will be making Glens Falls Toyota our first stop. More

Our salesperson took as much time as we needed and explained things as often as we needed them explained and, even then, was extremely receptive to calling him when we were confused about anything at all. We also have been very pleased and impressed with the service department which is so important after you've driven the car off the lot that first time. More
