After 2 hours roadside, accompanied by a dear State Trooper, AAA got me and our 2002 Prius to Romeo Toyota. Service Center being closed for the weekend, I was vastly cheered up by your Sales staff, who were earnest to sell me a new version, and just hilarious! Danielle called Monday, and was so very helpful, explaining what had occurred, and giving an estimate for repair. She was great handling questions and concerns. A day or two later, she personally searched for and found my drivers’ license and AAA card between the front seats, and sent them directly to me! Two weeks later, my husband picked up the Prius, and had an easy transfer! All in all, my experience with Romeo Toyota was just the best! Many Thanks to your entire staff for great customer service!!
