My husband and I just bought our second Prius from Glens Falls Toyota. We bought the first one five years ago. We didn't even check out dealers closer to our home about 50 miles away. While we were closing the deal, we asked if they could change the key battery on our first Prius and they did that at no charge! They hadn't given us a very good price for a trade-in, so we informed that dealership that we were going somewhere else to see if we could get a better deal. That's when we arrived at your dealership in Glens Falls, NY. We were greeted right away, and Bill introduced himself to us and asked what we were looking for. We let him know that we were looking for a RAV 4. We were hoping for a Red one. They did have a Red in 2011, and they gave us a good price for a trade in ($1,000 more than the VT. Dealership) so we bought it. We were very happy to see the nice Service Station. I love the fact that they have Saturday hours also.
