5000 mile check I was in before my appointment and done quickly. Very satisfied. Plus I didn't have to pay. As in the past I was very happy with the service that was done and received my vehicle back in a reasonable time. More

This is my second Prius, and I have always had my car serviced at Glens Falls Toyota. Everyone there is so nice. I had taken my First Prius in for service. I really hadn’t intended to buy a new car, because I was happy with my First Prius. I got looking around the show room, and noticed that Toyota was offering a extremely good deal on a new Prius. I approach Nicole Pafundi. She and Walter Foster made this the best car buying experience I have ever had. I wouldn’t buy a car anywhere else. You are very lucky to have Nicole, and Walter. disappointing service experice, resolved I brought my 2009 Camry in on July 10 because a heat shield fell off and I wanted it checked to make sure there was nothing else about to fall off. I I brought my 2009 Camry in on July 10 because a heat shield fell off and I wanted it checked to make sure there was nothing else about to fall off. I have been going to Glens Falls Toyota since 2002, with two different Camrys, both of which I bought there. The past two times I have been to the service department, I have noticed that the customer service in the service department has gone from exceptional to poor. There has been a lot of turn over lately with service advisors. The service advisor , I have dealt with the past 2 times, Heather Wommack, has a condescending attitude and not very friendly. When I left the dealer, I noticed my car was running rough, and I went back in and mentioned it. Heather had an attitude when I came back in, but the service manager Jim, intervened and told me I needed to drive 5 miles for the computer to relearn everything. I wanted it noted that Jim is still great at what he does and with customer service. But Heather is not the greatest and I pick up on her attitude toward customers because I work in customer service. Glens Falls Toyota used to have the best customer service before the expansion a few years back. At this point I am seriously considered trying New Country Toyota in Saratoga because I really don't want to deal with Heather's poor customer service again. After posting this review, I received a private message from the owner of Glens Falls Toyota and then a follow up call from Jim, the service manager. I was impressed on how quickly they responded and handled the situation with the employee involved. Jim, convinced me that he handled the situation with Heather and I am now willing to bring my car back for it's next service. More
