Amazing staff to work with. Your staff has always made us feel as if we are special people, not just another customer. We have had many Toyota Camerys, and now that we are older Your staff has always made us feel as if we are special people, not just another customer. We have had many Toyota Camerys, and now that we are older, we drive a Rav 4 (it's easier to get in and out of.) Each Toyota has always been a joy to drive. Need better Communications between departments. Part of the purchase agreement on my Highlander included an update to the Navigation software. The update was done quickly and in a very timely manner. I enjoyed a cup of coffee in the pleasant waiting room. Everything was fine until it was time to collect my car and leave. The service adviser presented me with a bill for several hundred dollars. Although my bill of sale clearly stated that the update was included in the purchase price, that information didn't make it onto the service order. It only took a few minites to straighten out the situation, but I was embarassed as I stood there waiting for the situation to be resolved by the Sales Manager. It was clear that my word wasn't good enough, and the bill of sale that was in the car was never looked at. Otherwise, everything was great. More
Nobody called me I had an appointment for 8:30 on a Saturday morning for an oil change. I dropped my car off early and went home. After sitting around with no word or update about my car I called the dealership around 12:30, figuring it did not take 4 hours for an oil change.I was told that the service department left at noon. I asked if anyone was planning on letting me know, to which I did not get an answer. More

Very Poor Customer Service This is the 3rd time I’ve left my Tacoma all day and at the end of the day the work wasn’t completed. No courtesy phone call as a heads up either. I s This is the 3rd time I’ve left my Tacoma all day and at the end of the day the work wasn’t completed. No courtesy phone call as a heads up either. I specifically called one week in advance to discuss 3 items; oil change, spray the underside/frame due to no rust perforation from previous inspection and check the propeller shaft universal joints. Since I was told all 3 items could be done I scheduled the appointment for 4/30/18. I was told my truck would be worked on first thing Monday morning so I left it Sunday night. By Monday at 3:30pm my vehicle wasn’t ready and I was told they couldn’t do the spraying because that needs to be ordered. We don’t stock it yet the customer service rep. a week earlier put me on hold to double check with Jim the Service Manager to make sure all three items could be performed on 4/30/18. What a waste of my time considering I could use many other service centers but I like to try and keep my business local. Besides the service center customer service reps. don’t know what the other one is doing or saying. Very poor customer service. More
