While my mind was set on another dealer, I was quickly urged to consider looking around and I was extremely glad I did. I came across online a 2013 Honda Fit that definitely fit the mold I was looking for which was: reliable, flexible, fuel efficient, and a style that matched my age. I filed a request online and was quickly greeted by Kendra Dickinson who was extremely warm and welcoming me on the phone. She wasn't just all business she was very personable and we discussed cars that I would be interested in and was very eager to give me a few options I requested in addition to the Honda Fit I requested to look into. On my way to the dealership Kendra and I spoke on the phone again. She informed me that Dominic Dawson was going to be the salesman working with me and she gave me full confidence that I was going to be taken care of. By her professionalism at this point guaranteed I would have been happy with anyone at the Honda Store anyway. The 2013 Honda Fit I requested to look at was being brought to the front as I pulled into the parking by Dominic Dawson. If he was already doing this, in my book he was serious on making sure my experience today was going to be a memorable one. Dominic Dawson by far is the best car salesman I have ever worked with. He was warm, friendly, great sense of humor. I was treated more than just a customer who walked in, I was treated as a guest. I teste drove the Honda Fit I wanted to see and he explained all the features and most importantly listened to anything I had to say and answered every question I had without any interruption. Upon returning to the dealership, my mind was set on this vehicle. Dominic even gave me a run through of the entire dealership explaining their service department. I sat down with Dominic and we discussed my budget regarding what I was looking to spend due to what I could afford, extended protection I wanted and he and his management team delivered!! I can guarantee if I went to a different dealership I wouldn't have left with the satisfaction that my salesman Dominic gave me. My experience with Elmo Astudillo when signing my paperwork was the best experience I've had when purchasing a new car. Everything was explained straightforward withough technical jargon and I understood everything I was signing. From my experience in a finance department at a dealership, Elmo has the patience of a saint!! I stayed at the dealership to be able to pick up my new car same day. While I was waiting Kendra Dickinson came to where I was waiting to introduce herself. It was great being able to match a voice on the phone with an actual person. In addition while I was waiting I had spoken to just about everyone working in the showroom. Everyone was very warm, interested in what I just purchased. I have never felt so comfortable buying a car in my life. The Honda Store in Lancaster, MA has more than earned my business for my experience today. I can definitely say I will be proud to tell ANYONE where I purchased by preowned 2013 Honda Fit and urge them to purchase a vehicle there. Dominic Dawson by far is the best salesman I've ever bought a car from. In the future I hope to purchase a car from him again. His level of professionalism, courtesy, as well as customer service is way more than 5 stars and that goes for Kendra Dickinson, Elmo Astudillo, and I can honestly say everyone working at that location. I am not one who usually fills out reviews on purchases (especially this long). I felt it was necessary to explain the levels of customer service, professionalism that I experienced today. More

Pleasant Experience and Great New Car On Friday, October 3, 2014, we decided to look at a car that we had already decided upon. We were greeted by Bob Brachel when we entered the dealership. His sense of humor added to the pleasant experience. He was certainly knowledgeable about the CR-V that we choose to seriously look at. He explained all the bells and whistles. Although we all ready own a 2006 CR-V, the new accessories and instruments were fascinating especially the back-up camera. We drove the car on the back roads and highways. It was lunch time and my husband needed to eat as he is a diabetic. Bob said to drive the car home so that my husband could eat lunch. (We could have easily driven our old car home.) We have never driven into a dealership with the car to be traded and then driven away with a brand new car. All legal transfers were handled professionally. This is our second CR-V and we have been more than satisfied with the dealership. Now we are a two CR-V family!! More

Bob tailored a lease for me that considered what car I wanted, how much I could pay each month, and most important, the number of miles I drive each year. I never thought a lease would make sense for me. Boy was I wrong. I am now in a new Honda and as happy as can be. More

Service department is a joke I have called repeatedly in the last week to speak to the Honda Service department about my car. However they do not ever answer their phone. The receptionist pages them and pages them, puts me on hold then I keep getting routed back to the receptionist, who takes a message and says they'll call me. Days later their service department never calls. What a joke! I should have known better than to call these people after the nightmare they put me through on the purchase. But there is something wrong with the vehicle and they are required by law to fix it. Thank god its covered under Honda warranty and I can go to a different Honda dealership. There is no "service" in their service department. What kind of dealership service department doesn't answer their phones???? Don't buy here, don't attempt to get your car serviced here, customers are treated badly, and you cannot get any "service". More

Bait and switch and a whole lot of lies! I wish I could give ZERO stars, because that's what they deserve. Absolutely the worst car buying experience ever!!! They are very high pressure sales tactics, and the finance manager "Elmo" will quote you a payment that includes thousands of dollars in warranties you did not ask him for. This is illegal to do!! He included things like a key warranty, a dent warranty etc. When I asked to have those things removed, he said the payment would stay the same! How is this possible?? "Elmo" was extremely rude, insulting and overall rotten to work with. If I'd not been trapped there with no way to get home, I would have never bought a car from them. Beware and be warned, this dealership engages in illegal activity. I was told that the car was already registered to me before I even got there to sign paperwork, and once I signed it, then "Elmo" called upstairs and told them to register the car. He lied so many times to me I cannot even keep track. Clearly the dealership condones his lies and rotten rude behavior towards customers because he's still employed there. You will get promised anything to buy the car, but once you sign, every promise evaporates and you find out it's all lies. The Honda brand will sell itself, there is no reason to act like they do at this dealership. I will never come back here again. Absolutely the worst buying experience ever! The car was not even properly delivered to me, my phone was sync'd up and the gps set to my home address, then every single employee went home and left me sitting there in the parking lot crying trying to figure out the rest of the features of my new car. The car was not even inspected, Kevin gave me 30 dollars and told me to get the car inspected myself. And the car was supposed to come with a full tank of gas, but only came with a half tank. I did not get half the paperwork I should have, and the deal was back dated by almost a week which is also illegal. I was given an illegal mileage statement that had the wrong mileage on it for the new car. I am going to report this all to the attorney generals office! NEVER again will I deal with these people!
