He was extremely knowledgeable and non aggressive. He really listened to my wants & needs and showed me the perfect vehicle. He even showed me how to get navigation in an EX trim level civic which i found wicked cool and saved me a couple grand. I highly recommend paying him a visit if you are ever in the market. More

When he sets up a time, he's right there! Had to drop vehicle off and gave me a lender vehicle so I didn't have to bother anyone for a ride. Right on time and lender was ready to roll! I already had an idea of what was wrong since i previously worked for a different Honda dealer, but when i went in and requested a loaner and told them what im sure is wrong they had no problem meeting all my needs. The part which i was told was on back order came early and was able to pick up my car within a few days instead of about 2 weeks. Quick and painless. More
