After some great "get to know you" conversation, we told Jeff what we where looking for and what we saw on the lot that might fit the bill. He listened to what we had to say and then took the time to make sure he understood what our "have to haves" were. He then took us for a test drive in what is now my new 2015 Kia Sportage. The whole process went Great, and my husband was particular impressed that the finance guy (who's name escapes me at the moment) came back with an additional $400.00 towards our purchase in recognition of his military service. Great experience I recently purchased a 2013 Honda Accord, after being in an accident that totaled my car. I never thought I'd be buying a car this year. I met Jeff I recently purchased a 2013 Honda Accord, after being in an accident that totaled my car. I never thought I'd be buying a car this year. I met Jeff Duenas, and I took the Honda Accord for a test drive. I loved it, and the price was very reasonable. I was told I would be able to pick up the car in 2 days. However, the rental car I was using from the accident had to be returned the next day. Jeff went above and beyond to get the car all registered, new plates, and ready the next day. I can't thank him enough for his hard work. I will not hesitate to buy another car from Ron Bouchards. Everyone was courteous and helpful. More

After going over our "want list", she went to work. In about a week's time, we had our new 2016 Kia Sorento-registered, inspected and ready to go. In our world of non-personal automation by the "big corporations", it is a wonderful experience to be treated like we matter and are important. Awesome, Simply the Best !!!! I was in at 8:00am Saturday morning for a complimentary service and was pacing around the sales room, when a Very young woman greeted me and asked if I was in at 8:00am Saturday morning for a complimentary service and was pacing around the sales room, when a Very young woman greeted me and asked if I needed help. We got to talking and I explained how I had gone to another Kia dealership that had mailed me info and offers that when I went to their location, were OFF the table !!....BUT !! they could do this or that, except keep their word or !! However, Gina at Ron Bouchard Kia....Took the time to explain what( I ) really could do & what she and the dealership would do I went home brought my wife back to see the car and Gina and my wife hit it off, everything was explained again,Gina was simply the best, better than all the rest, better than any other rep. I'd ever worked with. And I'm 61 bought my first brand new car in 1973 So I've been around for awhile bought quite a few cars since..... Ask for Gina you will be glad you did More
