Don't Let Them Take A Deposit From You!!! Watch out for this bunch. I went in there ready to buy a vehicle on the spot. I was very clear I needed this car by monday or would need a loaner unt Watch out for this bunch. I went in there ready to buy a vehicle on the spot. I was very clear I needed this car by monday or would need a loaner until it arrived. I picked out a 2015 Soul and a Primo package. All they had on lot was Alien Green. Told them I would like the same in Blue. They jerked me around and said they could get one. I needed to leave a good faith $500 deposit. First told me it was local, then said they had to get it in NJ. When I insisted on the loaner their tune changed and said I could not have it until the vehicle was secured. I told them I was shopping elsewhere and if I didn't hear from them by the time I found something else, the deal was off. I found another make and model, closed the deal and had the car home. Never heard from them. I called them and told them I found a new car. They hung up on me and processed the $500 deposit. WATCH OUT FOR THESE SHYSTERS. I am in the process of contacting BBB, and Attorney General to report. More

Oil Change I went to Ron Bouchard's Kia Service Center for an oil change that I received from them for free when they continuously made mistakes during the purch I went to Ron Bouchard's Kia Service Center for an oil change that I received from them for free when they continuously made mistakes during the purchasing process. I wrote those off as mistakes and moved on. I had one of the oil changes performed on my car in September, and 2 1/2 weeks later the engine seized and when I brought it to my mechanic to check the car they told me there wasn't an oil filter on the car. Obviously there was one when they did the oil change but it had worked itself off. I had the car towed to the service center so they could look at it and their answer was that it didn't look like it had worked itself loose because there would have been more oil splatter, and that they had no idea how the filter could've come off. So, because they couldn't find a way that the filter could've come off it wasn't their doing. They didn't offer me any possible reasons, and did absolutely nothing for me to fix the problem. I ended up towing the car out of there and had to get it fixed because all they could tell me was it didn't look like it was their fault. More

Unprofessional Went to buy a car from Ron Bouchards Kia in Lancaster MA. I test drove the car I was interested in and ended up buying it. I referred a friend to the same dealership and low and behold, she was advised by another sale man that I was a good laugh for them after I purchased my car and was called a very derogatory name, a "xxxxxx". The dealership manager did not handle this situation well at all and I felt it was brushed under the rug. Do not go to this dealership unless you like being made fun of at your own expense and being called derogatory names. More

The sales team went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable during what seemed like a long wait fir financing. When signing the papers Matt was easy to talk to and answered all of our questions thoroughly. Will definitely do business with them again. More
